This English text explains the same processing activities described in the Turkish KVKK notice. Alpine Tools, operated by Yılmaz Alp Balek, processes contact details, company information, quotation content, technical request information and limited source/usage data when you contact us or request a quotation.

Purposes and legal basis

Data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare and follow up quotations, maintain business records, secure the service and meet legal obligations. Information is not used for marketing without a separate lawful basis or consent where required.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be shared, only as necessary, with hosting, e-mail, communications, professional-advisory and public-authority recipients. The website is hosted through Vercel infrastructure and technical processing may take place outside Türkiye. Any cross-border transfer must be handled under the applicable safeguards of Article 9 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law. This notice does not claim an unverified transfer mechanism.
